On Saturday 21st December we had the pleasure of Pets as Therapy Goldendoodle Jensen and owner Richard visit us before Christmas, as always the visit brought smiles to everyone.

On Friday 20th December Annie Valery visited Hewlett Court to perform some lovely Christmas songs for the residents.  

On Thursday 19th December the residents enjoyed a game of Play your cards right with the staff! Well done to resident Margaret who got a streak of 16 and won a box of toffee’s!  

On Thursday 19th December we had the North East Producers visiting Hewlett Court to perform their Puss in Boots pantomime. The residents had a good laugh joining in.

To finish off another jam-packed day of entertainment on Wednesday 18th December we had the Emmanuel Church Centre Choir visit us to sing Christmas Carols, they were fabulous!

On Wednesday 18th December we had vocalists Phil and Julie perform their Christmas Special for the residents, everyone enjoyed singing along and had a lovely afternoon.  

On Wednesday 18th December we had the pupils of Holcombe Brook Primary School sing for the residents in the morning, they bring joy to all who listen to them.

A fantastic performance as usual by the Go on Tour team on the 17th December. We had some Christmas classics and even some belly dancing, the residents loved it!

On Tuesday 17th December we took some of the residents to Manchester Hall to enjoy the pensioner's lunch! We enjoyed a Christmas dinner followed by a game of bingo and a raffle, what a lovely afternoon.

On Monday 16th December it was staff vs residents in a game of University Challenge! We all had a great laugh and learnt some new facts, however the staff team managed to win the residents 🏆 We will be having a rematch in between Christmas and New Year!  

On Saturday 14th December after our Hewlett Court does Strictly we drew our Christmas Raffle which had a total of 34 prizes up for grabs! Well done to all who won, we managed to raise a total of £248.20 which will all go towards future entertainment and trips for the...
