The ladies and gents started to make their celebratory placemats on Saturday 25th March with Pauline ready for the King’s Coronation, we can’t wait to see the finished product! Join in on Saturday mornings from 11:15am if you would like to get involved.
Rock ‘n’ Roll & Jiving
We had the pleasure of Michael and Kyla Sixsmith on Monday 20th March showing off their dance moves with some Rock n Roll and Jiving! The Residents were thrilled with the performance, it took them down memory lane and all wanted to join in.
Mother’s Day celebrations
The ladies at Hewlett Court were spoilt on Mother’s Day, Sunday 19th March with a pamper, a selection of cakes and treats throughout the day. A day to remember and celebrate Mother’s, Grandmother’s and Great Grandmother’s for all they do.
St Patrick’s Day celebrations
The Residents enjoyed celebrating St Patrick’s Day on Friday 17th March with an Irish Quiz and some Irish Coffee’s.

The Lodge Shop
The Residents enjoy having a browse at some bargains in our on-site shop, The Lodge, every morning after breakfast along with collecting their daily newspaper.
Pancake Day
The Resident’s enjoyed Pancakes for tea on Tuesday 21st February to celebrate Pancake Day, Shrove Tuesday! Well done to Mel (cook) and Rachel (Team Leader) for making around 70 pancakes, all thoroughly enjoyed with some lemon and sugar.
Therapy Dog Nationwide
We had a new visitor at Hewlett Court on Wednesday 15th February from Maggie the Golden Retriever and owner Gill from Therapy Dogs Nationwide. The Residents absolutely loved her coming and enjoyed making a fuss.
Happy Valentine’s Day
We had a 'love'ly day on Tuesday 14th February at Hewlett Court celebrating Valentine's Day. Firstly with a Valentine's Quiz followed by Annie Valery performing some love songs and to finish off the Resident's enjoyed some Valentine's Cupcakes for tea by Mel, Cook.
