We had another jam-packed day of entertainment today for the lead up to Christmas on Tuesday 17th December! The girls from Greater Good Project CIC joined us in the morning for a singsong which incorporated various armchair exercises which everyone enjoyed and had fun...

We were entertained by Country and Western singer Paddy on Monday 16th December! He put on a lovely twist to some of our favourite Christmas songs and got everyone joining in!  

On Monday 16th December the staff joined everyone in the lounge for some Christmas Carols and our favourite, the 12 Days of Christmas dance!

On Saturday 14th December some of the ladies and gents took a trip to Blackburn Empire Theatre to watch the Christmas pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk. What a fabulous time everyone had. They then tucked into a delicious meal at The Grey Mare, Blackburn.

Friday's entertainment on our Festive lead up to Christmas was the fantastic Veteran’s Choir! They always put on a great performance and the ladies and gents always enjoy them coming throughout the year.

The ladies and gents enjoyed a warming performance by the Bury Acupeelers Choir on the evening of Thursday 12th December. It was great to all the members join us to continue the Christmas festivities.   

We had the pleasure of Anne Valery performing for us at Hewlett Court on Thursday 12th December, the ladies and gents filled the main lounge and enjoyed a variety of songs and Christmas carols. A lovely performance as always!

The ladies and gents gathered in the main lounge on Wednesday 11th December to watch ‘Alice in Wonderland’ the pantomime by the girls from North East Producers! A great show with a few Christmas songs added in for the festive season!
