What a truly lovely day we had welcoming in the New Year on New Years Day!

The ladies and gents enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast with Bucks Fizz on arrival, followed by a few fun games and relaxing time in the lounge with staff, complete with Baileys or Brandy coffees and mince pies.

The main event was a fantastic four-course lunch, starting with melon or prawn cocktail, followed by roast turkey with all the trimmings. Dessert was a classic Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, and to finish, cheese and biscuits, tea and coffee!!

A big thank you to Mel, Cook, for preparing such an excellent meal, which was praised by everyone.

After an amazing few weeks of celebrations, the afternoon was spent unwinding and relaxing — the perfect start to the New Year!
