Mindful Music Session

Rachel, a regular visitor to Hewlett Court brought along some instruments on Monday 6th May to do a mindful music session with some of the ladies and gents. The music helps with relaxation and clearing the mind. It was a very tranquil morning.

The ladies and gents were graced with Theresa Harper’s presence on Friday 4th May. Theresa came to sing for everyone at Hewlett Court. Everyone sang along to the songs that she sung. A wonderful afternoon was had by all.
