The ladies, gents and staff were treated to a hands-on, up-close experience with some of the ocean’s fascinating creatures on Thursday 21st August with Lee from Aqua Explorer, Aqualease.
The interactive rock pool allowed us all to gently explore the textures of sea urchins, starfish, anemones and muscles! We even got a rare glimpse of a spider crab — known for their long legs and curious movements and were able to hold a Hermit crab and a shore crab.
Lee guided the group through the exhibit, sharing interesting facts and encouraging questions and interaction. We all had a great time!
