On Friday 13th February, at The Fusilier Museum in Bury, a group of 2nd year Event Management students from Manchester Metropolitan University held a fund raising event for the SSAFA organization which helps provide lifelong support for those serving and past members of the British Army, the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force.
They had approached the ELMC Community fund with a view to providing some sponsorship of the event which we were pleased to facilitate and we provided some promotional material for Freemasonry in East Lancashire along with information on Hewlett Court.
Some residents and staff of Hewlett Court attended the event and had a thoroughly enjoyable event as the photos demonstrate.
