On Wednesday 5th October, Director of Operations Julie Ward, Manager Bev Schofield and Team Leader Rachel Cookson all attended Emmaus Bolton for a Tour by Chief Executive, Tony Stephenson.
We were overwhelmed with the work that goes into Emmaus Bolton and what they do for people.
They have a large area for second hand furniture, clothes and more along with a lovely café, garden centre, music shop, book shop, craft shop and pantry on site for people to utilise and enjoy.
We had a tour through the workshop which helps to upcycle items that have been donated which was brilliant to see.
To help support this wonderful charity, we will be collecting items to be donated to their pantry which will include long life food products.
Any help to support this would be greatly appreciated, boxes have been situated in the reception area and also the staff room for people to leave their donated items.
