What an amazing day we had on Friday 8th May celebrating the 75th anniversary of VE Day!
From a singalong in the morning to a wonderful performance by Katie Fiddlestix who performed the violin outside for Residents and neighbours to hear.
We finished off a lovely day by having afternoon tea in which the Resident’s enjoyed a selection of sandwiches, chicken legs, vol au vents and a lovely homemade Victoria sandwich cake made by our very own Director of Operations, Julie Ward.
All staff enjoyed joining in the celebrations by coming in Fancy Dress for the occasion.
